PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given of the special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Utah Transit Authority at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, at UTA Frontline Headquarters Building located at 669 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, Utah, with the following agenda. Board Members will participate telephonically.

a. Consideration for the Adoption of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Utah Transit Authority (The “Authority”) Finalizing the Terms and Conditions of the Issuance and Sale by the Authority of Its (I) Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2009A and (II) Taxable Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2009B (Federally Taxable – Issuer Subsidy – Build American Bonds), In the Combined Aggregate Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $306,000,000; and Related Matters.
