How do you build a better place? It takes effective transportation solutions, good Urban Design, good planning, and the political will to make it happen.
I wish I knew exactly how this exchange transpired. Free speech rights don't permit harassment of another person, but I don't know if it reached that level. I was pestered at a Trax station the other day; had he continued, I wouldn't have considered it a violation of his free speech rights if UTA had gotten him out of my face.
