My Proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority bus service.
Route 556:
Route 556 will replace route 70 with extension to the Salt Lake City Intermodal Terminal via 400 South, 400 West, 200 South, and 600 West.
Route 561 will replace Route 630
Frequency: Route 556-Monday-Friday 15-minute service, Saturday-Sunday 30-minute service.
Route 561-7 Days a Week 60-Minute service
Buses: Route 556 will use 40-foot buses and route 561 will use 30-foot buses.
Route 556 will part of the bus route inhancement program.

My proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority bus service.
Route 552:
From the Intermodal Depot via 600 West, 200 South, 400 West, 400 South, State Street, North Temple, Main Street/Victory Drive, Beck Street, Orachard Drive, 2600 South/Orchard Drive, 500 South, Medical Drive, 400 East, Chase Lane, Main Street/200 East/185 East/State Street, and 650 West to the Fairgrounds. Then via 650 West, State Street, Main Street/600 North/Main Street, Mountain Road, 200 North, 500 East, Main Street, 200 North, 100 East/Fairfield Road, Gordon Avenue, and Hill Field Road to the Layton Hills Mall. Then via Hill Field Road, 3000 North, and 2000 East to the WSU North Davis Campus.
Frequency: Monday-Friday 30-minute, Saturday 60-minute. Will provide cooridinated every 15-minute service from the Intermodal Depot to Orchard/3100 South with route 551.
Buses: 35-foot buses.
Replaces: A portion of Route 55 and replaces all of Route 627.
Route 552:
From the Intermodal Depot via 600 West, 200 South, 400 West, 400 South, State Street, North Temple, Main Street/Victory Drive, Beck Street, Orachard Drive, 2600 South/Orchard Drive, 500 South, Medical Drive, 400 East, Chase Lane, Main Street/200 East/185 East/State Street, and 650 West to the Fairgrounds. Then via 200 North, North Flint Street, 2200 West/1000 East, Bernard Fisher Highway, and 2000 East/University Park to the WSU Davis Campus.

Route will add a stop at the Point of the Mountain Transit Center. Also will only stop at 12600 South, 11400 South, and 10600 along State Street. Once TRAX is extended to Draper the route will run via 12600 South to the Draper Central TRAX station in order to allow connections throughout the Salt Lake Valley without too many transfers.

From the Magna Transit Center via 8400 West, 2100 South Expressway, Interstate 80, Highway 36, Highway 138, Stansbury Parkway, Country Club, Village Drive, Lidell Lane, W Erda Way, Highway 36 and 2400 North to the 2400 North Park N' Ride Lot. Then via 2400 North, Highway 36, 2000 North, 400 West/Rogers, 1000 West/200 South, Coleman, 900 South, Highway 36, 200 South, 7th East, 500 North, Highway 36, Highway 112, Durfee Street, Cooley Street, and Highway 138 to Booth Street.
Note: Route 527 would provide time transfers to Route 522 at the 2400 North Park N' Ride lot.
Frequency: Monday-Saturday 60-minute service.
Buses: Cutaway Van Chasis buses.
Replaces Route 54.

Then via 8400 West, 2100 South Expressway, Bangerter Highway, Lake Park Blvd, Parkway, Bangerter Highway, 2100 South Expressway, and 2100 South to the Centerpointe TRAX station. Then via 2100 South, State, I-80, I-215, 3300 South and Wasatch to the Wasatch Transit Center. Then via Wasatch, 3900 South, I-215, Foothill Drive, Sunnyside, Arapeen, Chipeta, Wakara Way, Foothill, Wastch, South Campus Drive, University, and 100 South/North Campus drive to the University of Utah Hospital Transit Center.
Stops:

Then via Utah Highway 36 to 900 South in Toole.

All Fare Free Zone Stops, Salt Lake International Airport, Standsbury Park, 2400 North Park N' Ride, 1000 North, 700 North, 400 North, Vine Street, 400 South, and 900 South.
