My Proposed UTA Restructuring Route 631 and 632

My proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority Bus service.

Route 631 and 632:

Route 631 will replace existing 640 service from WSU to Layton Hills Mall. Route will return servicing 1050 West, Ritter Road, and Freeway Park Drive. Route will also use the primary routing via 1000 East in Clearfield. Route will also be extended to the Layton Frontrunner Station via Hillfield Road and State Street. Service will also be extended via Harrison to the Ogden Clinic.

Route 632 will follow the route of 631 and provide alternating service from the Ogden Clinic to 1900 West and Riverdale then via Riverdale, 5200 South, 2200 West, 5600 South, 2700 West, 6000 South, 1500 West, Clinton Road, 1000 West, 200 South, Main, 700 South, 9th Street and Antelope to 1700 West where it will follow the route of the 631 to th Layton Hills Frontrunner station. When the Clearfield Freeport Center is closed will operate via 1000 West and Antelope.

Frequency: Each Route will run Monday-Saturday every 30-minutes. Route 631 will run Sundays every 60-minutes. Routes will provide alternating every 15-minute service along shared portions of the route.

Buses: 30-foot buses.

Replaces Route 640 and the 632 repalces a portion of Route 604.

My proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority bus service.

Route 618:

From the Pleasant View Frontrunner Station via 2700 North/2600 North, Washington Blvd/450 East, 3100 North, 1050 East, 2600 North, Fruitland Drive/Mountain Road/Harrison Blvd, with a loop of 30th, Polk, Darling, Taylor, Polk and 30th, then Harrison Blvd, 36th/Skyline, Edvalson/Dixon Drive, 3850 South/3950 South, Harrison, Highway 89, 1050 East, Chambers, Glassman Way, 5300 South, and Adams to the Ogden Regional Medical Center. Then via Adams, South Weber Drive, Ritter Drive, Freeway Park Drive, Riverdale Road, 1900 West, 6000 South, and 3500 West to 5600 South. (will also provide service to the Roy Frontrunner Station).

Frequency: Monday-Saturday 30 Minute, Sunday 60-minute

Buses: 30-foot buses.

Replaces: Route 625 and portions of routes 612 and 610.

Route 616:

From the Pleasant View Frontrunner Station via 2700 North, 600 North, Pleasant View Drive, Washington Blvd, 2600 North, Mountain Road, Canfield, Monroe, Dan Street, and ATC Lane to the Weber-Ogden ATC. Then via ATC Lane, Dan Street, Monroe, Sullivan, Quincy, Bel Mar, Jackson, Country Hills, and Harrison to McKay-Dee Hospital. Then via Harrison, Country Hills, Monroe, Glasmann Way, Washington and Adams to the Ogden Regional Medical Center. Then via Adams, 475 East, South Weber Drive, 1900 East, Deer Run Drive, and 2700 East to the South Weber Transit Center. Then via South Weber Drive, US 89, Sunset Drive, Antelope Drive, Fairfield Road, Gentile Road, and Main to the Layton Frontrunner Station.

Frequency: Monday-Saturday 30-minute, Sunday 60-minute

Buses: 30-Foot Buses.

Replaces Route 645

Route 614:

From the Pleasant View Frontrunner Station via 2700 North, 1000 West, Pleasant View Drive, Elberta Drive, 500 West, 3100 North, and Washington Blvd to the Weber Davis ATC. Then via Washington Blvd, 25th Street, and Wall to the Ogden Transit Center. Then via Wall, 25th Street, Washington Blvd and Adams to the Ogden Regional Medical Center. Then via Adams, 5300 South, Glasmann, Chambers, 1050 East, Washington Blvd/US Highway 89, and South Weber Drive to the South Weber Transit Center.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 15-minutes, Saturdays 30-minutes, Sundays 60-minutes.

Buses: 35-foot Buses.

Replaces Route 612.

Route will be part of the Bus Route Enhancement Program.

My proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority Bus Service.

Route 611:

Route 611 would replace existing route 610 with minor changes.

1. The route will run via 5600 South through Roy instead of 6000 South replacing Route 604 along that portion of 5600 South.

2. The route will then be extended from 5500 South and 5900 West in Hooper via 5900 West/5000 West, Clinton Road, 4500 West, West Point Road, 1000 West, Antelope, 3200 West, Gentile, and Main to the Layton Frontrunner Station.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 30-minute, Saturday 60-minute

Buses: 30-Foot Buses

Replaces route 610 and a portion of route 604.

From the Ogden Transit Center via Wall Avenue, 25th, Washington, 24th/Pennsylvania Avenue, 2550 South, Midland, Industrial Drive, 2550 South, Pennsylvania, Hinkley Drive/31 st, 1900 West, 4400 South, 2350 West, 4800 South, Midland Drive, 5500 South, 5500 West/4500 West, West Point Road, Bluff Road, 700 South, 3000 West, Bluff Road, Gentile Street, and Main to the Layton Frontrunner Station.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 30-minute, Saturday 60-minute

Buses: Cutaway Chasis Buses.

Replaces a portion of Route 604

From the Ogden Transit Center via Wall, 25th, Washington, 24th, 2550 South, Industrial Drive, Midland Drive, 3500 West/Two Mile Road/2000 West, 1700 South/Antelope Drive, and 1200 West/University Park Blvd to the WSU Davis Campus. Then via University Park Blvd/2000 East, Bernard Fisher Highway/3000 North, Fairfield Road, Antelope Drive, and Hill Field Road to the Layton Hills Mall. Then via Hill Field Road, Sugar Street, Gentile Street, and Main to the Layton Frontrunner Station.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 30-Minute, Saturday 60-Minute

Buses: Cutaway Chasis Buses

Replaces: Route 626, and a portion of route 604

From the Ogden Transit Center via Wall, 12th, Harrison, 2nd and Washington to Ogden-Weber ATC. Then via Washington, 2nd, Depot Drive, 12th, 1200 West/Ruton White Blvd/1500 West, Eccles Street, 1850 West, and 2700 North to the Pleasant View Frontrunner Station.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 30-minute, Saturday 60-minute

Buses: 30-foot buses

Replaces Route 613

From the Ogden Transit Center via Wall, 20th, Harrison, 21st, Fillmore, 29th, Taylor, 32nd, Polk, 36th/Skyline/Country Hills, Harrison, 4600 South, Skyline, Shawdow Valley Drive, Harrison, Combe Road, Wasatch, Eastwood, Combe, US 89, 6600 South/Cottonwood, 475 East/Adams, Washington, 5000 South, 300 West, 4700 South, Washington, 4475 South, Jefferson, 40th, and Wall to the Ogden Transit Center.

Frequency: Clockwise and Counterclockwise Loop, Monday-Friday 30-minutes both directions, Saturday 60-minutes both directions, Sundays 60-minutes clockwise.

Buses: Cutaway Van Chasis Buses.

Replaces a small portion of Route 612.

My proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority Bus Service.

Route 601:

From the Ogden Transit Center via Wall, 25th, Harrison, 36th, Skyline Drive, Edvalson, Dixon, and Harrison to the Mckay Dee Hospital. then via Harrison, Country Hills Drive/40th, and Wall to the Ogden Transit Center.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 15-minutes, Saturday-Sunday 30-minutes. Route will run as a loop with service both clockwise and counter-clockwise with service in both directions at the above frequency.

Buses: 35-Foot Buses.

Replaces Route 603 and a portion of Route 610

My proposal to revamp Utah Transit Authority bus service.

Route 586:

From the Sandy Civic Center TRAX station via Sego Lily, 700 East, and 12300 South to the Draper Central Transit Station. Then via 12300 South, 900 East, Fort Street, 13800 South, Bangerter Highway, and Highland Drive to the Point of the Mountain Transit Station. Then via Highland Drive, Traverse Ridge Road, Eagle Crest Drive, Suncrest Drive, West Field Road, 6000 West, West Field Road/200 North, Main Street, Canyon Crest Road/4800 West/900 East, 1100 East, 7900 North/1100 North, 100 East, Center Street, Main Street, 200 South, 1500 East/400 East, 200 South, 1200 East, and 1600 North/800 East to the Mount Timp. Transit Center. Then via 800 East, 800 South/3700 North, Canyon Road, 2230 North, North Temple, 930 East, Temple View Drive, 900 North, East Campus Drive/North Campus Drive, Bulldog Blvd, Canyon Road, University Avenue, and Eastbay Blvd to 1600 South.

Route will be discontinued north of Draper Central Transit Station once TRAX is extended.

Frequency: Monday-Friday 30-minute, Saturdays 60-minutes

Buses: Cutaway Van Chasis Buses.

Replaces a small portion of Route 850 and the University Avenue stops of 811.

Route 581:

From the Sandy Civic Center TRAX station via Sego Lily/10000 South, Centennial Parkway, through Southtowne Mall, 10600 South, South Jordan Gateway/Lone Peak Parkway, 12300 South, Pony Express Road/13490 South, 200 West/Pony Express Road, and 14600 South to the Point of the Mountain Transit Center. Then via 14600 South, Pony Express Road/Thanksgiving Way/State Street, State Street, Main Street, State Street, Center Street, 100 East, State Street, University Parkway and 800 East to the Mount Timp. Transit Center. Then via 800 East, University Parkway, State Street/500 West to the Provo Town Center Mall. Then via Eastbay Blvd, 1860 South, State Canyon Drive/300 South, 900 East, Heritage Drive, and East Campus Drive to the Wilkinson Center at BYU.

Frequency: Monday-Saturday 30-minute, Sunday 60-minute,

Buses: 35-foot buses.

This Route will be part of the bus route enhancement program.

Replaces Route 850.
