How do you build a better place? It takes effective transportation solutions, good Urban Design, good planning, and the political will to make it happen.
Please say this isn't so!!!! Competition in bus service could cause the Union of Soviet Socialist Transit services to crumble!!!!Yes, competition would draw in ridership, but has anyone run this idea past the Union?I think not.
