To create an effective transit and transportation system, we need it integrate it with effective planning on the urban and regional level.
Please say this isn't so!!!! Competition in bus service could cause the Union of Soviet Socialist Transit services to crumble!!!!Yes, competition would draw in ridership, but has anyone run this idea past the Union?I think not.
